Terms of Service

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Collajam service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:

“Application”: The mobile software distributed under the name Collajam, provided by the Company.
“App Store”: A digital platform such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store where the application is distributed.
“Affiliate”: A corporation that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company, holding more than 50% of shares or equity.
“Country”: Republic of Korea.
“Company”: Collajam Inc., located at 49 Seokgye-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Korea (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).
“Device”: Electronic devices capable of using the service, such as smartphones, tablets, or computers.
“Feedback”: Any suggestions or improvement ideas provided by users regarding the service.
“Apple”: Apple Inc.
“Google”: Google LLC.
“In-App Purchase”: Purchases of content, products, or subscriptions within the app.
“Service”: All functions and content provided via the Collajam application.
“Subscription”: A payment model where users pay regularly to gain access to services.
“Terms”: This document defining the conditions of service use between the user and the Company.
“Third-Party Social Media Service”: Features or content provided by third parties linked to or integrated into the service.
“User”: Any individual or entity using the service, including their representatives.
“Member”: A user who has registered and activated an account with the Company. Considered a subset of “user.”

Accessing or using the service constitutes agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Users can sign up using Google, Apple, or Kakao accounts.
Some features are available without an account, but others require membership.
Members may delete their accounts at any time. Some information may be retained for a limited period after deletion.

Certain features are only available via paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period (e.g., 10 days, 1 month, 1 year) unless canceled.
Users may cancel subscriptions via account settings or the app store. Paid fees are non-refundable.
Payments and refunds follow the policies of the respective app stores.

In the event of automatic payment failure, the Company may send an electronic invoice or restrict service access.
Subscription fees may be adjusted with prior notice and apply from the next billing cycle.

Content, products, or subscriptions may be offered as in-app purchases.
Purchase settings are managed via the user’s device or app store.
Refunds must be requested directly from the store where the app was downloaded.
If paid features do not function properly, the Company may investigate and resolve the issue upon user report.
The Company may issue substitute items or patches at no cost.
If substitution or repair is not feasible within a reasonable timeframe, refunds may be approved via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Users agree that all in-app transactions occur through the app stores and must follow their terms. For payment issues, contact the store directly.

The service is protected by domestic and international laws, including copyright and trademark laws.
All content (designs, templates, code, etc.) is owned by the Company or its licensors and legally protected.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.

All feedback (comments, suggestions, ideas) provided by users is owned by the Company.
Users agree to transfer all rights, titles, and interests in the feedback to the Company.
If legal transfer is invalid, users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense such feedback.

The service may contain links to third-party websites or content, which are beyond the Company’s control.
The Company is not responsible for external sites’ content, privacy practices, or operations.
Users acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on third-party products or services.
Review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites independently.

The Company’s and its suppliers’ maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user or USD 50, whichever is less.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, business interruption, personal injury).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the extent allowed by law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” with all faults and limitations.
The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and implied warranties based on usage or trade.
No guarantee is made that the service will meet user expectations, be uninterrupted, or free from errors or harmful code.
These disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply, excluding conflict of law rules.
Users must first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you are entitled to the protections of mandatory provisions in your country of residence.

For U.S. federal government end users, the service is a “Commercial Item” as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country or on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance.
If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
